projek hendaklah sekurangnya 100 orang penerima faedah.<\/p>\n -Projek yang dicadangkan hendaklah dilaksanakan dalam tempoh maksimum 12 bulan<\/p>\n -Projek yang dicadangkan boleh menyumbang ke arah kesejahteraan masyarakat menerusi aspek:<\/p>\n -Meningkatkan produktiviti; atau\/dan -Meningkatkan pendapatan komuniti\u00a0\u00a0 terlibat; -Projek yang dicadangkan boleh berkembang serta mempunyai pelan perniagaan (Business Plan) atau pelan Exit yang jelas untuk menampung kelestarian projek (2 tahun setelah projek siap).<\/p>\n -Mengemukakan dokumen \/ laporan yang menunjukkan projek tersebut telah berjaya dilaksanakan di komuniti lain sebelum ini.<\/p>\n -Projek yang dicadangkan telah dibuat sesi engagement bersama masyarakat dan kolaborator, disokong oleh baseline study dan mempunyai komponen kos yang jelas.<\/p>\n -Projek yang dicadangkan hendaklah mempunyai kos selenggara yang rendah, alat ganti yang mudah diperolehi, mudah untuk diselenggara oleh masyarakat dan mempunyai waranti.<\/p>\n -Projek yang dicadangkan boleh mengurangkan kebergantungan kepada sumber alam tidak boleh diperbaharui, boleh dioperasi tanpa bekalan konvensional, mengurangkan penggunaaan tenaga
